Do what you can do to keep life interesting and fruitful-
that's all I want to say. Carpe diem!

Apart from mentioning this is something I made, so no laughing, I was just playing around.
It's the sentiment that counts! alt

xiflada, I think belief in anything is a very personal choice and I would never criticize anyone for choosing either way, either to believe or not to. To each their own - I feel that if we want the right to choose for ourselves, surely we should be extending the same courtesy to others. All I know is that sometimes I can't help but believe in guidance from above and it seems the more attention I pay to watching out for it, the more life smoothes out. It's when I get wrapped up in the mundane life tends to go a bit askew. :)

xiflada, I'd never heard that little life philosophy snippet you shared with us there before - I like it a lot! It's so true. And by the way, I believe we get guidance from many sources when we least expect it, and strangers is one of them. Sounds to me like someone's looking out for you up there and it was just what you needed to hear at that moment. :)

cirereyes, you are absolutely spot on with that observation. I agree 100% with you, attitude alone won't resolve everything. You need to also do things like take action (being proactive is a great example there), raise your awareness to keep your eyes and ears open for opportunities and most of all enjoy life! When it becomes a drudgery, nothing seems to work out in your favor and yet if we refuse to see it like that, we can't help get past that feeling and regain our enthusiasm for life. Remembering that " this too shall pass" when days are tough has got me through more than once. :) Thanks for the comment!

Mightmock, thanks for your comment and I apolgize for the delayed response, I thought I had already replied. I'm looking at this picture in a whole different light now and I can see where you're coming from. Maybe that's what was rolling around in my subconscious when I did it but there was no intention to do so. That said, sometimes the best things I come up with come out of nowhere (which is actually guidance of some kind but most scare easy if I say that lol). Thanks again, Mightamock!

I agree that attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. I think changing ones attitude is not enough and might not be there for a long time. I'd rather turn it into a habit like always be proactive.

Thank you, xiflada! I honestly believe that attitude makes a huge difference to our lives and every day we decide whether to make it a good one or not. We've a million choices in all we say and do. Choosing the right one is what's tricky. :)

To me it feels like the begining of yin yang
