Goals for 2008
8:13 AM on Jan. 2, 2008

I think it would be better to think of goals for the year rather than resolutions that I've been breaking and often forget to follow them so maybe I should start thinking of goals for this year.

One of my goals this year is to at least create 20 sites of my own. I’ll probably make some blog sites and some money making sites but to achieve this I should master my PHP and HTML first. Well at least that's better than resolutions.alt

Cirereyes I completely agree with you. It is always good for a person to have goals and I hope you are able to reach yours. Also, you don't just have to set goals at the beginning of the year. I make mine on my birthday instead. Also, I keep track of when I reach a goal I have set. That way when I get discouraged I can look back and see what I have accomplished in the past.

I've just started to make one of the sites, so I still have 19 sites to make. I've just finished my very first site on a paid hosting site. I've tried it on free hosting sites but never had any viewers of it. So I'm hoping a paid hosting site would make a huge difference. Here's the site: http://www.celpcon.com

I know this is a little bit late for a reply, do you know of any good hosts for a site? I don't have a huge budget for a site like others but I'm sure even low priced hosts can also offer a good service.

Resolutions are a joke. People watch the 10 o'clock news and make resolutions they are told to make and they never follow through on. Goals on the other hand have a beginning, middle and end. You have a good start. Make sure the sites you make have some meaning to you; then you will have more success and it won't seem like work. Good luck!
