Actually I have thought of having a new rabbit before his death. But it was more sad than imagined to experience his death. I don't think of a new rabbit cuz I have a fullfiling life and even if I don't have a rabbit. and I'm just busy than before, have no time to take care of pets,
Why don’t you try taking care of another rabbit or another kind of pet? Maybe you can choose a pet that can live longer than rabbits. Or have several pets so wouldn’t just focus on one pet; it’s just a suggestion though.
cirereyes, When he passed away four years ago,, I was pretty depressed , I wanted him to live longer life than 11 years old. But now I believe he spent happiest life with me, Life is not forever. and the end comes one day. I learned a lot of things from him.
I wonder what happened to your rabbit Lap; I think your rabbit lived long enough. The life span of a house rabbit with a very good health is 8 to 12 years. Not bad for Lap at least he reached 11 years.
