Well the date and time you already know. I have had a hard time with this flooding in the Midwest. I feel for the individuals that have lost everything and the ones who will have to protect what they have in the coming days. On the other hand I can see that when you try to stop nature from running its course you will always loose. I do not care for the army core of engineers. This group has put the ok stamp on many areas that are not ok to live in. People research where you are going to live before you set down and become oblivious to your own safety or give it away to a group that has no better an idea than the weather man on tv. There are going to be more natural occurrences coming to those areas that have tried to hinder the natural course. Oh and just a reminder, this is not due to gobal warming. It is due to the fact that our infrastructure is based on 'we are the center of the universe philosophy'. I hope that our news agencies do not put this in the false conditioned group of global warming and start scaring people into paying more taxes to somehow save them from natural occurences.
